CANCELLATION POLICY:

An order placed cannot be considered for cancellation after 12 hours of order placement. In case if the team has initiated the work or once the customer communication is started with the team.

No cancellations would be entertained for the services that our marketing team has offered to the customers on special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Diwali, Holi, Thanksgiving, etc

Once the customer paid, the amount cannot be returned back in any case and can only be adjusted for any future order within 120 days.

Any issues raised on projects from the customer would not be entertained if it is related to any third-party service or software like hosting, domain, server, email, images, videos, plugins, etc. And in terms get such issues resolved by Switch2us, an extra fee would be applicable to the customer.
In case if you have not received the accurate services as promised or shown on the website, then bring the problem to our support team or sales team notice within 24 hours of receiving, and we will take appropriate action on same.

REFUND POLICY:

By opting for our services and products, you are obliged to the policies of our business and industry. And as such, Switch2us does not provide any provision for a money-back policy. If you are not satisfied with any of the products or services provided by our team then you must report your concern with the concerned customer service within 24 hours of opting. We will look into your concern fully and will take the most fitting course of steps afterward.

As per the industry and business composition and structure, we provide a suitable process to the clients to pay for the next month’s services after evaluating the performance/result of the current and previous period. In accordance with the nature of the industry, we, or any other firm in the field cannot guarantee any exact ranking/traffic/sales. When you are paying for the next month, it specifies that you are satisfied and pleased with our service offerings to you till now.
